M&G was recognised not once but twice at the Scotland Women in Technology Awards (SWiT), with Debbie Kerr, Data Scientist taking home the Technology Rising Star award and M&G being named Large Employer of the Year. This is a tremendous honour and testament to the incredible talent and dedication of our team members who contribute to our success every day.

The SWiT Awards are a key event in Scotland's technology calendar, providing a platform to showcase the employers who are champions of diversity and inclusion and those who have spent their lives championing and pioneering within the industry.
